| First Dexibuprofen Syrub Developed |

Hanmi made a success to develop first Dexibuprofen ingredient syrup, called Maxibupen, which is to be on the domestic market next month.
It works on the removal of fever mainly for both young children and baby.
Hanmi invested more than USD 2.3million for last 5 years on this.
It drastically decreases side effects including virulence on both liver and kidney with the half doze of the Ibuprofen Syrup and designated as PMS for 4 years.
The stability and effects of drug were proved for the first time through the clinical trial on young children who are under 6 among domestic anti-fever syrup.
With the distinct formulation of this, Hanmi applies for the patens for more than 50 countries.
Unlike the existing drug, Maxibupen comes with 50ml small sized bottle which is first introduced on Syrup in domestic market.
Hanmi anticipates more than USD 15mil. in a year with this product

Hanmi becomes the first domestic pharmaceutical company to export more than USD 50mil. only with Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients(API) and finished products.
It awarded USD 50million export tower for the first time in domestic pharmaceutical field.
With rapidly growing performance in both European market and Japanese one, its overseas sales are up to USD 100mil. by 2008.

Performance of 3rd quarter was considerably improved, with 106.5b won of sales revenue, 16.7b won of operating profit, and 39.0b won of net profit. The net profit rose sharply, because Hanmi recieved 36b won as non-operating profit by selling off the YN Cable TV.
Sales increased 12.7% y-y, due to stable revenue from existing blockbusters, steady growth in the number of new products launched, and the royalties contribution from Chinese subsidiary Beijing Hanmi. Operating profit, however, declined a slight 1.1% y-y to 16.7b won, due to increased R&D cost.

Provisional 2nd quarter result
Hanmi Pharm. announced provisional 2nd quarter result on 12th July.
Performance of 2nd quarter was considerably improved, with 109.9billion won of sales revenue, 18.0billion of operating profit, and 14.2billion of net profit.
Comparing with the last year 2nd quarter, sales profit was increased by 16.5%, operating profit 19.6%, and net profit 20.1%.

Hanmi Pharmaceutical, began construction of cephalosporin antibiotics oriented plant
In March 2006, Hanmi Pharmaceutical began construction of a new plant for finished cephalosporin antibiotics in Pyung-taek, and completion is scheduled for year and half end. The upgraded facilities will comply with EU and CGMP requirements and will help the company to increase exports to the advanced markets. Hanmi expects that new product sales will increase in Japan, China and Europe and that our strong sales in Southeast Asia will continue, increasing its export total 8% year on year to US$50 million.

| Hanmi, sold 9 hundred thousand of YN cable stake |

Hanmi Pharmaceutical announced that it sold its 9 hundred thousands of Young Nam Cable stake (50% ownership) to CJ Cable net for 45billion won.
According to Korean Investment Securities outlook, Hanmi will make 37 billion won of margin from the profit on stake sales as non-operating income in the 1st quarter of 2006. Hanmi Pharmaceutical planned to invest 32 billion won in exclusive Cephalosporine Anti-biotic CGMP plant in Pyoung-Taek, and rest of 5billion won will be held for the future investment.

| Hanmi¡¯s goal in 2006: 450 billion KRW in revenue |

Hanmi Pharmaceutical announced that the company is targeting to make the total sales of 450 billion KRW in revenue and net profit of 50 billion KRW in 2006.
Comparing with the last year, Hanmi¡¯s total sales revenue and net profit were increased by 18.8 %( 377 billion KRW) and 29.1 %( 39 billion KRW).
The first generic, Amodipin and Glimepid were launched successfully in 2005, and with focusing on these two products, Hanmi will continue to expend its development of ETC drugs in 2006.
Hanmi is planning to launch ¡®Slimmer¡¯ (anti-obesity drug), ¡®Zolpid¡¯ (anti-insomnia), ¡®Fexonadine¡¯ (anti-histamine) and about twenty other new products in 2006.
