Hanmi Cepha Plant

Hanmi Cepha Plant is the plant for the production of Cephalosporine finished dosage dedicated to both oral solid and powder parenteral injections. Its capacity will be about 30 million powder injections per year and the capacity for other oral Cephalosporine products like tablet, capsule and dry syrup is also enough.

Further to this, Hanmi plans to set up additional lines in this facility for future expansion and for the satisfaction of customer’s needs.The total surface of the new plant, which is a three-storied building, covers 9,758 m2, of which almost 60% are the production premises. The production process is fully automated.

  • The facility is three-story building above ground and a basement.
  • We also have a high rack automatic warehouse with around 800 pallet cells.
  • Internal wall and ceiling are smooth and washable. Floors are epoxy-coated.
  • Each room is classified into 7 different classes according to its cleanness requirement.
  • Each process zone (parenteral, oral solid, packaging, warehouse, etc) has a dedicated changing and rest room in order to minimize cross contamination by people interaction.
